добавли проверку для исправления ошибки при разворачивании окна после загрузки...

добавли проверку для исправления ошибки при разворачивании окна после загрузки уровня, удалил лишние ресурсы, добавил кнопку в редактор уровней для обновления теней у локальных источников света,  добавил параметр "используемости" для скайбокса и облаков
